Hello from Japan

I'm so excited to learn from so many people!??

This is my first EVO and my first online course. I don't know what to expect and I'm quite nervous, but really looking forward to it.

I'm an American from Michigan, but I've lived and worked in Japan for almost 36 years. I teach children and future teachers of children and want to learn as much as I can about digital storytelling so I can share it with Japanese university students so THEY can share it with classrooms full of young learners. What luck!

I've also been involved for many years with the Teaching Children SIG of the Japan Association of Language Teachers (JALT) and hope I can share what we learn with other members.

Can't wait to get really started.

  2. I’m such a bad student! Didn’t read everything — just wanted to see if I could make a posterous post. I did it, but it’s not what I was supposed to do! Oh well — hope I improve….

  3. Yeah, Aleda! You are too cute! After I finished, I realized that I didn’t say anything about TC SIG. Bad Membership Chair, bad! Glad you talked about it here. : -)
